October's Expert Speaker is Claire Roberts with her talk:

‘More Than Just Price: Building Value Into Every Stage of the Customer Journey.’

What does it actually feel like to be a customer of your business?

From the first piece of marketing someone receives to the moment they visit your website, make an enquiry, become a client and eventually recommend you to someone else, every interaction shapes their perception of your business.

In this practical session, Claire Roberts of Rutley Clark Unique Homes will explore how small businesses can build more value into each stage of the customer journey, often through relatively small changes.

We’ll cover simple ways to improve the experience, make your value more visible and identify the things you may already be doing that customers simply do not know about.

Make your value so visible that price is no longer the first thing customers focus on.
