Soundbath Guided Relaxation Session at Eastthorpe Hall

Join us on Aug 27 7:00pm to 8:30pm for a soothing soundbath experience at the beautiful Eastthorpe Hall. This session is designed to help you unwind and let go of the day's stresses through gentle, immersive sounds.

Session includes:

Room cleansing ritual

Intention setting

Brief meditation

Multi-instrument soundbath, including crystal bowls

Invitation to have a drink in the sanctuary or garden (not obligatory)

Note:

Event starts on time and late admission will not be granted as it will disturb others

Events cancelled after ticketing closes are not refunded butyou may transfer to another session.
