A Women’s Reiki Circle with Natasha & Laila working on Grounding and Transitions along with Root chakra work.

Sunday 30th. August 4:30pm–6pm

Together we will gather in a warm, welcoming space to reflect, reconnect, and honour the feelings and benefits of being grounded and able to handle transitions through gentle ritual, meaningful conversation, and shared connection.
