What happens on the day?

You will start the evening with a motivational briefing before you take on the Fire and Glass walk. Your friends and family are welcome to join you to cheer you on for this event but they will not be able to attend the briefing stage; instead they will be be able to relax in our support and therapy lounge with refreshments. (If you are bringing young children with you, please ensure that there is someone with you that will watch over the children whilst you're in the briefing).

For obvious reasons, we ask that our Fire and Glass walkers don't consume alcohol or take recreational drugs before the Fire and Glass walk. There will be time to celebrate with a glass or two after the event.
