After almost 18 months apart, we’re coming back together for something really special.

For one morning only, Reiki and sound therapy come together for an immersive 60-minute experience designed to help you completely switch off from the outside world.

No rushing. No thinking. No doing.

Just an hour to lie back, close your eyes and let yourself be completely looked after.

✨ The experience

You’ll be immersed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, buffalo drum and Koshi chimes, creating a deeply relaxing and sensory sound journey.

Alongside this, will be hands-on Reiki individually to each person, allowing the two healing modalities to work together throughout the experience.

Sound works through vibration and resonance.

Reiki takes you somewhere that, honestly, is difficult to put into words.

Together, they create something incredibly special.

A space to let your mind quieten, your body soften and all the things you’ve been carrying for a while simply drop away.

You don’t need to know anything about Reiki.

You don’t need to have experienced a sound bath before.

And you certainly don’t need to be “good” at relaxing.

Just come as you are.
