This morning mindfulness session will focus on heart-centred values such as love, kindness, compassion, gratitude and of course joy.

It is a gentle invitation to pause above the pace of everyday life and re-centre yourself.

Held in an open, airy rooftop space, it offers a moment of blissful, soul-soothing stillness and calm in the heart of the city.

Through guided mindfulness and reflective practice you are invited to soften tension, settle the nervous system and realign mind, body and soul.

As the session progresses you will be gently supported to release mental clutter and physical tension, creating space for greater ease and inner balance.

With stillness, clarity surfaces.

Our wish for you is to leave feeling deeply rested, refreshed, realigned and (of course!)
