Slow down and switch off with a peaceful one hour sound bath.

Sunset Sound Bath

Join me Sunday at 7:00pm for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help calm your nervous system, quiet a busy mind and leave you feeling refreshed.

Using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, you'll simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

Many people leave feeling:

✨ Calmer and more grounded

✨ Less stressed and anxious

✨ Mentally refreshed

✨ Deeply relaxed

✨ Better prepared for restful sleep

No previous experience is needed.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing

A yoga mat

A blanket or cushion if you'd like extra comfort

Water if you wish

Spaces are limited

To keep the experience peaceful and personal, numbers are limited, so please reserve your place in advance.

I look forward to welcoming you.

Healthy wishes,
