Help the Ranger plant some wildlife friendly plants.

As part of our Nightime Nature project this year we obtained funding to buy native plants that support night time foragers and pollinators. We also have apple trees for local people to help themselves to. Join Marcia at Pefferside Park to help with the planting. We will be;

Scarrifying some of the ground and sowing clover seeds

Planting three apple trees, a honeysuckle, crab apple and dogrose plants.

Doing a litter pick

Have some bat boxes or starling next boxes for anyone to take away and use in their own garden.

This is a drop in volunteer event so you do not need to book, however we would appreciate it if you let us know if you were coming. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
