A free screening of short films exploring mental health and wellbeing as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival Highland.

The afternoon will feature a programme of short films, followed by a Q&A with filmakers, practioners and people with lived experience. There will be an opportunity to hear more about the films and the experience behind them, and to take part in the discussion.
