Rooted in Suzy's seven-step framework and set against the extraordinary backdrop of the Highland winter, this November, Rocpool Reserve invites you to spend a day in the Scottish Highlands with Suzy Reading, chartered psychologist, yoga teacher and author of Self-Care for Winter, for an immersive event designed to help you find nourishment and joy in the coldest months of the year.

What to expect:

Light Lunch on arrival at 1pm

An afternoon workshop with Suzy exploring why winter depletes us, and the science-backed steps that help us thrive.

A candlelit dinner of nourishing Highland ingredients, shared at a long table with fellow guests.
