Her circles are about more than rhythm; they are spaces for connection, reflection, and community.Each gathering opens with ceremony, creating a sacred space guided by the seasons, moon cycles, and what is unfolding in the world around us. We drum, sing, and take part in a guided shamanic journey, sharing a deeply supportive experience together.The drum offers powerful benefits - helping to calm the nervous system, ease the mind, and uplift the spirit.
