Reconnect with your body, express yourself, release stuck energy and find joy in movement. Make dance a ritual!

This evening fuses the raw energy of a rave with the grounding depth of a ceremony.

We begin by gathering in a circle to share warm, ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine that helps us drop from our heads into our bodies. From there, we move into ecstatic dance powered by a sonic journey that is ravey, groovy, and tribal in places, transitioning into hypnotic, melodic and finally ambient.

To close, you will be guided into a deep, restorative meditation and mini sound bath, integrating the energy of the dance into pure peace.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Welcome, Arrival & Heart-Opening Cacao Circle

7:30 PM – 7:45 PM: Somatic Warm-Up & Dropping Into the Body

7:45 PM – 8:45 PM: Ecstatic Dance

8:45 PM – 9:30 PM: Deep Integration Meditation & Mini Sound Bath

Our Sacred Space Agreements

To maintain a safe, potent, and immersive container for everyone, we honor four simple guidelines:

No Talking on the Dancefloor: We communicate through movement, not words.

Sober Container: No alcohol or substances. Let the natural endorphins and cacao take over.

Phone-Free Zone: Completely disconnect from screens to fully connect with yourself.

Barefoot Dancing: Connect directly with the ground (socks are fine if preferred).

What to bring: Comfortable clothes to move in, an eye mask, a reusable water bottle, and a yoga mat/blanket for the sound bath.

Sound baths are a complementary wellbeing practice and are not intended to replace medical treatment.

It is recommended to avoid them during the first trimester of pregnancy.
