Our speaker for this meeting is the awesome Sarah Randall. Her talk is called "'Stress Balls... Who needs them?"

This talk will be on the effects of stress in the workplace and in your everyday lives, and how to improve your wellbeing. Sarah will be including statistics, research-based findings and a holistic approach too.
