In a world of mass-produced presents and endless Christmas shopping, why not give something that money can’t buy?

In this relaxed, three-hour creative writing workshop, you’ll discover how poetry can transform everyday thoughts, memories and observations into something meaningful — a truly unique gift created from your own words.

Through inspiring examples, playful writing exercises and a little experimentation, you’ll explore different poetic forms and techniques before developing a poem of your own. There’ll be time to shape and refine your writing, with an opportunity to share your work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Whether you enjoy creative writing or simply fancy trying something different, no previous poetry-writing experience is needed.

Step away from the commercial bustle of Christmas, get curious with words, and leave with a poem you’re proud of.
