Join us for nature and wellbeing events where we walk, notice seasonal wildlife, and take some time being creative and reflective.

Bold in the Bay

This new series of events will take place on the first Sunday of the month from 3-4.30pm. We will gather together to spend some time in nature, either along Hest Bank Shore or the canal towpath. Making use of our indoor space at Bold Hest Bank, we will spend some time reflecting on the seasonal wildlife we have experienced through creative and mindful activities.

These events are open to all over the age of 18. The walks are a gentle pace though will be over some uneven and rocky surfaces.

Each event will be slightly different depending on the wildlife around at the time, the weather and the group who are attending.
