This two-hour workshop is a welcoming space to drop out of your head and into your body. There's no choreography, no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move — just music, breath and the freedom to let your body lead.

Whether you dance every week or haven't moved like this in years, you're welcome exactly as you are.
