PLEASE NOTE,due to the nature of sound baths we cannot admit late attendees ,no refunds ,sorry !Doors are locked at 11:55AM & you are welcome to arrive 5/10 minutes early if you wish .

UPON ARRIVAL at THE PRACTICE ROOMS ,45 A,Park Square East,Leeds,LS1 2NP.Please press the " BLUE ROOM" buzzer,we will come get you.As there are other therapy sessions on when you arrive,we ask you to be quiet so as not to disturb these.Thank you .

While generally safe,there are a few contra-indications of soundbaths .These include:

First trimester of pregnancy

Heart conditions(including pacemakers)

Metal plates/implants

Severe mental health conditions

Sound sensitivity

Tinnitus

Epilepsy
