A heart-centred evening of guided meditation for inner peace, compassion and world peace.

Join me for a gentle, heart-centred evening of guided meditation dedicated to inner peace, compassion and peace in our wider world.

We will begin by bringing our attention inward, creating space for stillness, grounding and the quiet presence of the heart. From there, I will guide the meditation outwards towards those close to us, our communities, people experiencing difficulty and conflict, humanity as a whole, and the Earth we share.

This is not about ignoring the challenges of the world. It is an opportunity to meet them from a place of greater compassion, steadiness and connection.

My approach is inclusive and reflective. No previous meditation experience is required, and the evening is not connected to any particular religion or belief system.

After the guided meditation, there will be time to pause, reflect, browse the bookshop café and connect informally.
