Hello spiritual seekers, First event back in a number of years! My goal is to make this a monthly event. The theme of the night is opening our hearts to love. The whole night will involve us creating that state of love in ourselves in various ways and also discussing about love and ways that we can bring it into our lives. I will start with a simple meditation on love to start to create the feeling at the beginning of the night. From here we will set to deepen that state of love and discuss how we can reduce the barriers to this in our lives. We will finish by doing a closing meditation where we send love into the world for love and harmony to increase in the world. Please invite along a friend if you feel you like to share this experience with those you know. This event costs £5 and is to cover the meet up costs and room rental. Please pay via Paypal in advance in order to attend. Please be aware that payment is essential in order to come. I really look meeting some new people and re-starting the group as a sanctuary where people can open their hearts and come together in trust and love! Much love, Mark
