Join Anu Kaura and Robert Allen, Barristers from Trinity Chambers, for a no nonsense talk on Whistleblowing and in particular the addition of sexual harassment claims.

The seminar will include useful hints and tips on the following topics

Protected disclosures

Updates on the guidance relating to harassment, including sexual harassment and recent developments in case law

Duty to prevent

The event offers both in person and remote attendance via TEAMS.

The session will run between 12pm and 1pm, with lunch and networking for those attending in person between 1pm and 2pm.
