A practical workshop exploring how the discipline of CX is changing with technology and customer expectations.
Proudly part of Leeds Digital Festival 2026
CX is an ever changing discipline. Not only due to changing technology, like AI. But also changing customer expectations.
For those whose job it is to understand customers, and design experiences, this constant state of change can be a challenge. But there is also the opportunity to evolve how we do CX to create better results, faster.
The workshop will share how AAWE's ways of working have had to change to keep up. Plus, give you hand-on experience with the tools we use.
This event is perfect for anyone who sees CX as a big part of what they do. Especially anyone working in a business or brand.
A great breakfast selection will be provided.
Key takeaways to expect
1. Learn how to adapt your customer research methods
Hear how research techniques are changing to better inform the subsequent stages of customer experience projects, and how you can move from well-defined customer problems to actionable opportunities.
2. Use AI to accelerate CX work responsibly
Explore where AI can not only save time in creating outputs, but also improve their quality through greater consistency and sharability.
3. Prototype and test ideas earlier
Gain hands-on experience turning an opportunity into a lightweight prototype that can be shared with customers or stakeholders at the earliest opportunity.
4. Leave with a practical plan for applying the methods
Identify where these tools could improve an existing project, journey or challenge in your business, and define the first actions needed to put them into practice.
Detailed agenda to follow.
