Focused on personal safety, awareness, positioning and disengagement, the course prioritises avoidance and breakaway strategies rather than confrontation.
Join trainers from GoodSense with real operational and frontline experience to improve your understanding of the legal principles relating to reasonable self defence and learn to recognise early warning signs to make informed personal safety decisions.
