Everything you need to know:

- Doors open at 11am - arrive early and dive straight in! Explore our carefully selected wellbeing stalls before the main event kicks off at 12 noon.

- Choose your workshop as soon as you arrive. With three brilliant options and limited places, get there in good time to secure your spot!

- Refreshments are on us! Complimentary drinks will be available throughout the day. Lunch is not provided, so feel free to bring snacks, a packed lunch or purchase something from the Village Hotel facilities.

- Free parking is available for all delegates. Please check on arrival as you may need to register your car.

- Bring an open mind and plenty of energy - come ready to get involved, connect and have some fun!
