Get ready to master fun moves and build strength using just your body. Perfect if you're bored of or don't enjoy the gym!

'Can I come if I can't do a pull up?' Yes! Pull ups are a hard skill to master and it takes time. We go through the strength foundations at your level.

'Is it suitable for beginners?' Yes! All the movements can be scaled and it's perfect for beginners as you can practice the movements at home too after class.

'What will I actually learn?' We go through a series of warm ups/mobility, pull and push exercises at your pace and level (pull ups, levers, push ups) then skill work (handstands, balances) and legs and core too. Exercises run on a 4 week rotation so it never gets boring.

'Where is it?' Tuesday classes run in Swillington at Iron Circle Fitness.

'How long is it?' 1 hour
