About This Event

Break The Silence is a fundraiser featuring indie and alternative rock music on 5 October 2026. The event takes place at Hyde Park Book Club in Leeds from 19:00. All proceeds benefit Papyrus in memory of Em Stevens.

BREAK THE SILENCE: A night dedicated to Em Stevens, who we sadly lost in April this year. Come down to Hyde Park Book Club for an evening of music from The Orange Bus Brigade, Vanity Children and Secret Third Option, bringing you a combination of pop rock, indie rock, alternative and post punk style music All proceeds going towards Papyrus, a charity that helps prevent suicide in young people by providing 24/7 helplines for those in crisis, and also supporting those who have lost young people to suicide. Let’s help those struggling by supporting Papyrus in their extraordinary dedication to young people and help them to prevent more lives being affected by suicide.
