With Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid and ambient tones, we create a soothing live soundscape to help you soften, relax and connect within. After, we’ll serve herbal tea for you to gently ground and integrate the experience.

August is full of cosmic wonder: a solar eclipse, lunar eclipse, meteor shower and planetary alignments. Inspired by this celestial activity, this sound bath is an invitation to reflect and connect with the vast wonder of the universe.

Sound influences brainwave activity, moving us from beta into alpha, theta and delta states of consciousness, helping us to access deeper states of calm, contemplation and inner peace.
