Vicki Wilson is the founder of Vicki Admin Fairy®, an award-winning virtual assistant, author, speaker and disability advocate. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Vicki has spent her life challenging assumptions about disability and showing that it does not have to be seen as something negative.
After a 20-year career with HMRC ended through redundancy, Vicki started her own business, became an author, won several business awards and now uses her lived experience to speak about resilience, confidence, visibility and possibility.
Her talk, Disability Is My Strength, shares the story behind her journey and her upcoming book of the same name. It is an honest and uplifting message about turning challenges into purpose and proving that disability does not mean limitation.
