Hi folks! A bit later notice this month (and we're actually tipping over into next month). Sorry about that. Lots going on. This month's topic could be a bit heavy, but hopefully also enlightening. Hell is generally not a topic we regularly hear talked about these days. It makes people uncomfortable and I think it's meant to. Having said that, there's a lot of medieval rubbish that's shaped a modern view of Hell which can end up muddling what we think or imagine. There are different views on Hell among Christians, from eternal conscious torment, to annihilationism, to universalism. I'm not expecting everyone in the room to share the same views. I already know my views do not necessarily fit into any of the above. Let's do some debunking and explore what the biblical authors mean when they use the word Hell.
