Take a pause from the busyness of life with 75 minutes of immersive, therapeutic sound. A wholesome reset for the body, mind and soul.

Inspired by Diwali, the Festival of Light, this deeply relaxing sound journey celebrates illumination through darkness.

Featuring Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid and ambient tones, we create a soothing soundscape that is both musically led and scientifically informed, supporting deep relaxation and helping you to connect within.

Afterwards, ease back gently with homemade herbal tea, taking time to sit and soak in the experience. Plus, we’ll have a few special Diwali treats to share this time.

Founder Neeta Sarl is a certified sound therapist, professional music producer and audio engineer. Alongside this, she draws on her family lineage in Sikh Kirtan (devotional music).
