Looking for a little festive magic amidst the December madness? Join us for Festive Flow — a feel-good Pilates experience where live acoustic music meets mindful movement, set against the beautiful backdrop of The Gallery at The Attic, Leeds.

What to expect?

45 minutes of feel-good flow, accompanied by live vocals and acoustic guitar.

Ease into your practice, tune out the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, and find your rhythm with an upbeat soundtrack of pop favourites spanning the decades. Think ABBA singalongs mixed in with classic icons like Cher and Dolly, modern favourites from Chappell Roan to Olivia Dean, and perhaps a few festive favourites sprinkled in.

Whether you're a regular Pilates-goer or simply looking for a new way to move, unwind and reconnect, this is your invitation to slow down, switch off and enjoy something a little different.

And we're not stopping at the mat. Once you've flowed, join us for a well-deserved post-class drink — choose from house wine, beer, a special mocktail or a cosy festive hot drink!

Your ticket includes:
