We’re delighted to hold this deeply restful space for you, a place to soften, settle, and be held by the healing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.

Emily lovingly describes sound baths as “meditation without the meditation” an effortless experience where you’re guided into spaciousness and deep rest.

As the soothing frequencies move through your body, they help to calm the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and support healing on both a cellular and emotional level.

Every session is unique. You may feel lighter, clearer, beautifully grounded, or enjoy your best night’s sleep in weeks. However it meets you, trust the practice to offer exactly what you need.

All you need to do is arrive as you are.

Lie back. Breathe deeply. Let the sounds wash over you and gently guide you home to yourself.

A few things to know before the day:

- Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so you can get settled. Doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before the event/workshop.

- Mats and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

Please note as per the booking page when you booked:

Sound baths are safe and supportive for most people, but they may not be suitable for:

– Those in the first trimester of pregnancy (though many still find sound healing beneficial — bowls are not placed on the body, so please use your discretion)

– Anyone with sound- or frequency-induced epilepsy

– Individuals with pacemakers or implanted medical devices

– Those with tinnitus (earplugs may help)

– People with sensory sensitivity, dissociation, or sound-related overwhelm

– Those with PTSD or a history of trauma — sound healing can be gently supportive, but may occasionally surface emotional or somatic memories
