Two hours mapping where AI is genuinely worth using in your business, and designing your first agent. Bring a laptop. No coding.

Most people's problem with AI isn't the technology. It's knowing where to point it.

Spend two hours, hands-on, working on your own business. By the end you'll have mapped the jobs in your week that AI could take on, scored them properly, and designed your first agent in detail - what it does, what it needs, what good looks like.

No coding. No prior experience. Bring a laptop.

How it works:

Discover - what AI can and can't do right now, and where it's already changing work like yours

Identify - map your own week and find the repetitive, rule-based, time-eating jobs worth handing over

Design - pick one, and specify the agent that would do it: the task, the inputs, the guardrails, the measure of success

Score it - value, feasibility and risk, using the same test Zygens applies on client engagements

You leave with a designed and scored agent spec for your business, the method to do it again for the next one, and a clear view of what building it would take.

Who it's for: People who learn by doing. SME founders, ops and marketing people, anyone who's read enough about AI and wants to work out what to actually do with it.

What to bring: A laptop and a rough sense of where your week goes.

Organised by AI Lab UK exclusively for Bruntwood SciTech customers and ecosystem.

If you can't make this date then watch out for the next session in Platform on 1st December.

AI Lab UK is the academy arm of Zygens, an agentic AI consultancy based in Leeds. Zygens works with leadership teams to design, govern and deploy AI agents — the practical end of AI adoption, not the strategy deck. AI Lab teaches that same method to people who want to use it themselves.

Zandra Moore MBE, Founder & CEO — founded and led Panintelligence, scaling a global enterprise AI platform to over 450 customers. Awarded an MBE in 2025 for her work on inclusive growth in technology.
