After our first three Floating Sound Baths sold out, our next intimate sessions are now open.

Unlike a traditional sound bath where you lie on a yoga mat, you'll settle into your own freestanding hammock, allowing your body to feel completely supported as you're guided through a deeply restful sound experience.

Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowl, chimes and other therapeutic sound instruments, Kimberley will create layers of sound and vibration around the room while you simply close your eyes and receive.

There is nothing you need to achieve.

Nothing you need to think about.

And absolutely nothing you need to be good at.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll arrive at Grace & Beauty in Crossgates and be welcomed into our softly lit, intimate sound space.

Choose your hammock, get yourself comfortable and cocoon yourself beneath your blanket.

You'll then be guided into stillness before beginning approximately 60 minutes of sound and deep rest.

At the end, you'll be gently brought back into the room and given time to ground before leaving.

Because there are only six hammocks, these sessions feel intentionally small, personal and peaceful.
