Come join us for a blissful evening of relaxation at Woodlesford Parish Hall. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle music to unwind and de-stress. Let the vibrations wash over you, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. Treat yourself to this rejuvenating experience and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards.

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)
