Join us for a creative autumnal day combining mindful photography, Japanese forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), meditation, sensory exploration and nature connection through the woodlands and green spaces of New Farnley.

Slow down, look closer and experience nature differently as you explore with your senses and a photo taking device of your choice.

The day is led by award-winning photographer and mindfulness teacher Paul Abraham & forest bathing and nature-connection practitioner Farrah Deen.

Come solo or with someone — all adult ages and photography levels are welcome.
