Partnering for the first time, join Kuwa Pilates at The Met on Sunday 27th September for a morning of wellness worth waking up for.

Start your morning with us from 10.00am and enjoy one of our freshly made juices, before an expert-led Mat Pilates class at 10.30am in one of our beautiful spaces. Kuwa Pilates will be leading a Mat Pilates class focused on building core strength, improving flexibility and helping you move with confidence through controlled, full-body exercises. Suitable for all levels.

After class, join us in Gotts Bar & Kitchen for a delicious brunch, complete with that all important coffee!

Spaces are limited, so prebooking is essential. Prepayment required at the time of booking: cancellations can be made free of charge up until 28 days prior to the event date. A preorder will be required 7 days prior to arrival. Ticket price includes fresh juice on arrival, Mat Pilates class suitable for all levels & brunch in Gotts Bar & Kitchen.
