YOGA WITH HORSES | SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER | NORTH YORKSHIRE
Ready for a unique and grounding experience?
Join us in person to connect with nature and horses through Yoga with Horses - an Equine & Nature Connection Event.
A gentle all-levels yoga and mindfulness session, connecting with nature and the peaceful presence of horses as we practise overlooking the open paddocks - led by 200hr Yoga Teacher Emily Naylor from Spirit of Equus.
Afterwards, there will be an Equine Facilitated Wellbeing Experience offering us a chance to slow down, be present, and interact with horses - led by facilitator Janet from Fairfield Equine Facilitated Wellbeing.
All levels are welcome — you don’t need to be an experienced yogi or have any experience with horses, just come as you are.
*Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.
This event is perfect to unwind and have fun. Don’t miss out on this cool way to boost your mood in the presence of horses.
60% of proceeds go towards the horse care and operations at Fairfield Equine Facilitated Wellbeing.
