More Than Just a Sound Bath – Deep Relaxation & Mental Reset

What happens?

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you slow down, switch off from the outside world, and settle your mind.

Once you are comfortable and grounded, you will be invited to lie back, relax, and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath journey.

Using a carefully selected blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, percussion, and sound vibration, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can rest and the mind can become still.

Whether you’ve had a stressful week, need some time for yourself, or simply want to experience something a little different, this is your opportunity to pause, reset, and recharge.

Come as you are. Leave a little bit lighter.

By taking the time to calm the mind first, many people find they can drop into the sound bath much more deeply rather than spending the session overthinking or struggling to switch off.
