Join us for YogaLattes & Paint, a special fusion event at the tranquil Leeds Golf Centre. This unique session combines the deep core work of Mat Pilates, the mindful flow of Yoga, and the relaxing pleasure of a painting class. The perfect blend of active rest and creative fun—no prior experience in Yoga, Pilates, or painting is required! The Session Flow (80-90 Minutes): Core & Flow (40 Minutes): Start with an invigorating session of YogaLattes. We focus on Mat Pilates for deep core strength, stability, and controlled movement, seamlessly blended with Yoga sequences to enhance flexibility and flow. This is an indoor class designed to warm the muscles and calm the mind. Creative Expression (30 Minutes): Immediately after your body is relaxed and your mind is clear, we will transition to the painting portion. Sip your lattes (optional add on). With a calm and focused state, you will be guided through a simple, satisfying creative exercise to capture your energy on canvas. What Your Ticket Includes: Movement Session - Indoor YogaLattes (Mat Pilates focus) class. Creative Sessiom: 30-minutes semi guided painting session. Equipment Provided: All essential equipment is supplied: Yoga Mat, and all painting materials (canvas, paints, brushes, etc.). Venue: Reserved space at the Leeds Golf Centre. Takeaway: You take home your completed piece of art! What to Bring: Comfortable Clothing: Please wear exercise-appropriate attire for the YogaLattes portion. Water: A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
