Through a blend of Stretch, Sound, and Scent, we invite you and your child to explore your inner worlds and translate them onto canvas. The Experience The Grounding: 35 Minutes of Mobility & Flow We begin on the mat with a session focused on functional mobility and deep stretching. Designed for both the adult body (to release tension) and the child’s body (to build coordination), we will move through a series of "Connection Poses" that require teamwork, balance, and trust. The Expression: 35 Minutes of Sensory Painting Transitioning from movement to the canvas, this is a semi-guided abstract experience. Instead of painting a "thing," you will be guided to paint feelings. Sound: Paint the rhythm of the music we play. Smell: Let botanical scents influence your color choices. Emotion: Use brushstrokes to express the energy you found during yoga. There is no right or wrong way to do this—only your way.
