The Sensory Connection: A Parent & Child Journey in Motion & Art

Escape the digital world and dive into a multisensory morning designed to deepen the bond between you and your child. This isn't just a yoga class or an art lesson—it’s a semi-guided exploration of how we feel, move, and express ourselves together.

Through a blend of Stretch, Sound, and Scent, we invite you and your child to explore your inner worlds and translate them onto canvas.

The Experience

The Grounding: 35 Minutes of Mobility & Flow We begin on the mat with a session focused on functional mobility and deep stretching. Designed for both the adult body (to release tension) and the child’s body (to build coordination), we will move through a series of "Connection Poses" that require teamwork, balance, and trust.

The Expression: 35 Minutes of Sensory Painting Transitioning from movement to the canvas, this is a semi-guided abstract experience. Instead of painting a "thing," you will be guided to paint feelings.

Sound: Paint the rhythm of the music we play.

Smell: Let botanical scents influence your color choices.

Emotion: Use brushstrokes to express the energy you found during yoga. There is no right or wrong way to do this—only your way.

Health, Safety & Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you (the "Participant") agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in yoga and physical stretching involves inherent risks of physical injury. You and your child participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Physical Fitness: You represent that both you and your child are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. It is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to the event if you have concerns.

Supervision: Parents/Guardians remain 100% responsible for the conduct and safety of their child at all times during the event.

Art Materials: While we use non-toxic materials, the host is not liable for allergic reactions to paints, scents, or cleaning products used during the session.

Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the host/organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during or after the event.
