Join us for our September Stronger Together™ Leeds meeting, bringing together people from across health, social care, community services and the businesses that support them.

This month, we are delighted to be hosted by Yorkshire Home Care, who will also give us an introduction to their services, the people they support and how they work within the local community.

As well as hosting us, the team will give us an insight into their services and the support they provide. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore how their work can connect with other organisations across our network.

Hosting our meetings within partner organisations also gives us the opportunity to learn more about each other's services and build stronger connections across our local health and care community.
