What it says on the tin
Creating a Culture of Ownership : How Trust, Delegation & Accountability Transform Team Performance
By Frankie Haynes
Previous delegate feedback
"I thought I had a delegation problem. I actually had a clarity problem."
"The conversation around trust completely changed how I think about accountability. I left looking at my own leadership very differently."
"I've led teams for years, but this session made me realise I was unintentionally creating some of the behaviours that were frustrating me the most. It was honest, practical and challenged me to think differently about my own leadership rather than expecting more from my team."
By the end of the morning you'll be able to:
Create greater ownership without losing control.
Delegate outcomes rather than simply handing over tasks.
Build trust while maintaining high standards and clear expectations.
Hold people accountable in ways that encourage ownership rather than compliance.
Recognise how your own behaviours influence your team and the culture you create.
Leave with practical ideas you can put into action immediately.
Why attend this session?
Frankie has spent more than two decades leading commercial and operational teams through growth, transformation and change. Having held board-level roles across founder-led, family-owned, private equity-backed and global consumer businesses, she has experienced first-hand what happens when trust breaks down, delegation becomes frustrating and accountability slips.
This isn't a session built on leadership theory. It's built on real experience, what worked, what didn't and the lessons learned along the way. Practical, engaging and highly relatable, the session combines honest stories with actionable tools that delegates can apply immediately.
If you're ready to stop being the bottleneck, create greater ownership and build a culture where people have the confidence to make decisions and take responsibility, this session will challenge your thinking and give you practical ways to make it happen.
Breakfast sandwiches can be ordered for your arrival between 8-8.15am & the Masterclass will start (promptly!) at 8.30. A light sandwich lunch is available at 2pm
’So what’ – included in the price is a short, sharp refresh a week later to follow up/make the most of your investment:
