About This Event

Yoga + Roast @ Banksia Leeds will take place on 20 September 2026 at The Banksia Bar and Restaurant in Leeds. The event features Banksia Leeds, a wellness practitioner known for blending physical yoga practice with community-focused social elements. Tickets cost £33.22 for this session that aims to provide an accessible and grounded approach to mindfulness within a local UK setting.

A slow flow yoga session, breathwork to reset, then a proper Sunday roast to finish.

We’re back serving something special. After our last 5 events sold out, we’re doing it all over again and this time it’s even bigger.

Ease into your Sunday afternoon with a refreshing drink on arrival, followed by a 45-minute slow-flow yoga and breathwork session led by Lexie McPherson (all levels welcome). After the session, guests will head into The Banksia for a relaxed team Sunday roast.

12.30pm - 2.30pm

• Welcome wellness drink

• Mats provided

£30 + fees per person.
