This is a two‑session workshop for Year 9+. Booking one place covers attendance at both dates listed:

Join the ADHD Thrive Children & Young People Workshop at The Grove Community Hub, Braunstone
Our THRIVE workshops are small-group sessions for children and young people (from school year 5) who have been diagnosed with ADHD. These supportive sessions help participants to better understand their ADHD and connect with peers who share similar experiences.
Sessions are split by age group to create a safe and comfortable space. Activities are designed to build confidence, self-awareness, and practical strategies in a relaxed environment.
Important information:
This is a two‑session workshop and both dates must be attended
Only for children and young people with a confirmed ADHD diagnosis who live in Leicestershire County Council areas.
Spaces are limited to keep groups small and supportive
Parents/carers do not attend the workshop sessions
While sessions are running, parents/carers are welcome to use the onsite café (open 10am–2pm) or enjoy nearby walks in Braunstone Park. Free parking is available
