Gentle Yogic & Somatic movement to promote mobility, flexibility & strength in the spine (accessible both on a chair, lying or standing or a combination of the three - choosing the options which are most suitable for you)

Using the breath to alleviate tension

Meditation to promote complete relaxation for the back
