Discover traditional Indian wooden block printing and create festive gift wrap and Christmas cards on beautiful handmade cotton rag paper.

Join Neh for a wonderfully festive and creative workshop exploring the traditional Indian art of wooden block printing.

During this hands-on session, Neh will introduce you to the beautiful craft of block printing, demonstrating how to use hand-carved wooden blocks to create your very own Christmas cards and gift wrap.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of Christmas-themed wooden printing blocks, experimenting with different patterns, designs and colours to create something truly unique.

We’ll be using beautiful handmade cotton rag paper and card, which has a wonderfully luxurious texture and finish. It’s the perfect material for creating thoughtful, personal Christmas stationery and gift wrapping that feels extra special.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or simply looking for a relaxing, creative festive experience, this workshop is a lovely opportunity to slow down, learn a traditional craft and enjoy making something by hand.

You’ll leave with your own collection of beautifully printed Christmas cards and gift wrap, ready to add a personal touch to your festive gifting.

Please note, there is some drying time required for the ink to set.

Light refreshments will be provided.

And why not make a little day of it? After the workshop, take some time to explore the other lovely local shops before treating yourself to a well-earned coffee and slice of cake at Mint and Ginger. It's the perfect way to round off a relaxing and creative festive experience, while supporting some wonderful independent businesses.
