About This Event

No races, no coaching, no running against the clock. Just pure vibes and a slow run for fun around Everards Meadows. We are contuining our Feet to the Beat event into the Autumn! 🍂 Update: Our pacers will have head torches, if you have one please feel free to bring it along! ❄️For our November event, we are asking if anybody is able to bring along a donation of wine or chocolate ahead of Freddie's Festive Fun Run. This is not a requirement but any support is greatly appriciated!🍫 Ditch the stopwatch and the pressure join The Bodie Hodges Foundation for a free, slow social run around Everards Meadows featuring our live on course DJ! Grab your friends and party your way around Everards Meadow and yes, it’s completely FREE. ALL PACES welcome! Perfect for new, slow or social runners. FAMILY FRIENDLY! Children welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult and be able to cover the distance, approx 2km to 5km. FULLY INCLUSIVE! The route is wheelchair accessible. Join us after at Everards Beer Hall for our #BeatRetreat a post run catch up and well deserved refreshment! *Please note attendees will be expected to purchase their own food and drinks.
