Non-Refundable: Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by us. This includes personal circumstances, unforeseen events, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability.

Ticket Protection: Refunds can only be issued if ticket protection has been purchased and the refund request is made no less than 48 hours before the event. Requests made after this time cannot be processed.

What Your Ticket Includes: Ticket price covers entry only unless otherwise stated.

Outside Food & Drink: No food or drink purchased outside of the venue may be brought onto the premises unless agreed by the venue directly.

Photography & Videography Notice: Please note that this event will be professionally photographed and filmed throughout the day for marketing, promotional, social media and press purposes. By attending The Girls Club Festival, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness and/or voice may appear in photography and video content captured at the event.

Due to the scale and nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate requests to avoid photography or filming in public event spaces.

Event Changes: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, vendors, workshops or experiences where necessary.
