Wild Women Walks | Bardon Hill

Wild Women Walks are completely free community walks created to give women a reason to get outside, move, talk, laugh and meet new people.

Come alone or come with someone — you’ll be warmly welcomed either way. 💚

This walk will take us up Bardon Hill, with a steady climb towards the summit and some beautiful views along the way. We’ll walk together at a sociable pace, with plenty of opportunities to stop, catch your breath and enjoy the surroundings.

There is absolutely no pressure to be the fastest or fittest — this is about getting outside, moving our bodies and enjoying the company.

The route includes hills, uneven and potentially muddy or slippery ground, so please wear sturdy footwear with good grip and clothing suitable for the weather. 🥾

We have kindly been given permission to park at Bardon Hill Sports Club, which will be our meeting and finishing point.

And, of course, it wouldn’t be a Wild Women Walk without the post-walk natter! ☕💚 Bardon Hill Sports Club are opening the bar for us afterwards, so anyone who would like to stay can grab a drink, get comfy and enjoy some more Wild Women company.

Please remember that your free Eventbrite place helps me manage numbers safely. If you book and later can’t make it, please cancel your ticket so another woman has the opportunity to join us. 💚
